Q. What is CIT?
CIT (Child-In-Tech) is one of Africa's leading companies focused
on empowering children through interactive, hands-on technology
conferences. We're committed to ensuring every child across Africa
has the opportunity to thrive in our increasingly digital world.
Q. What age range is required to attend?
CIT welcomes children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 17.
Our programs are tailored to meet learners at every stage, from
beginners to more advanced young tech enthusiasts.
Q. Is CIT a non-profit organization?
No, we're a for-profit organization. But our mission has always
been to make tech education and conferences accessible to every
child, which is why we've offered all our events free of charge.
Starting January 2026, we're introducing paid tickets for most of
our conferences, though we'll continue hosting free programs as
part of our commitment to accessibility. Be sure to watch for our
announcements so you can grab tickets for paid events or join us
at any of our free sessions!!!
